Counterbalanced Smith System. Train Safer.
The Nimitz N1 features a counterbalanced Smith system directly connected to the weight stacks through a rope mechanism. This setup offsets the bar’s weight, making it feel nearly weightless and allowing smoother, safer, and more precise lifting movements.
- Effortless Control: Reverse-pull force reduces the starting load, helping you focus on perfect form instead of struggling with the bar.
- Safe for All Levels: Ideal for beginners, seniors, and women—start light, progress gradually, and build strength safely.
- Train Independently: Multiple lockout points ensure safety without a spotter, giving you confidence to lift alone at home.
1:1 & 2:1 Ratios. Optimize Your Workout.
The Nimitz N1 features a precision-engineered cable system offering both 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios, allowing you to alternate between heavy compound lifts and fast isolation movements.
- 1:1 Ratio for Strength: Provides direct resistance and precise feedback, ideal for heavy lat pulldowns or low rows.
- 2:1 Ratio for Speed: Offers lighter resistance and extended range of motion, perfect for curls, lateral raises, or high-rep functional workouts that emphasize control and endurance.
- Freedom of Movement: 200° swivel rotation allows smooth cable tracking in every direction, letting you pull, press, and rotate naturally without restriction.
- Quick Adjustments: One-hand slider lets you change pulley height instantly, keeping your workout smooth and uninterrupted.
Multiple Attachments for Endless Possibilities
The Nimitz N1 comes equipped with multiple premium attachments. Every accessory is designed to expand your training range, allowing you to target every muscle group safely and efficiently without incurring additional costs.
- Straight Bar: Ideal for bicep curls, triceps pushdowns, and upright rows.
- Lat Bar: Perfect for wide-grip pulldowns and upper back strengthening.
- Cable Handle & Rope: Enables single-arm isolation, chest flies, and functional movements.

This design stores the Smith bar at its highest position within the frame, completely clearing your training area to maximize both your space and workout efficiency.
The crossover system features 33 adjustable levels and both 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios, giving you total control over resistance and training intensity.
The resistance band system adds dynamic tension to both free-weight and Smith training. Attach bands at the base for squats, presses, or use top pegs to assist with pull-ups.
The adjustable footplate offers 3 angle settings for different training positions. Its large 29 × 40 cm. surface provides plenty of room for secure, comfortable foot placement.
Built with 35 holes and 50 mm hole spacing, the frame allows precise positioning for a wide range of attachments. Upgraded 2.5 mm-thick steel delivers greater stability and load capacity.

love my Ritkeep Nimitz! Holy crap it i so muhc better than l thought it would be! The Smith bar is smoooooth, the cables can be switched between 2:1 and 1:1. Only think l would change is haying the pullup bar be straight instead of rock climbing holds a little too far apart，but hey can use the Cable machine and add extra plates.
Purchased a nimitz n1 pro for myself during a father's day sale. Packages came complete, and weigh great video and paper instructions. Immediate impression was great quality and stability which is important for home gym system. Smith machine is smoother and the 2:1 and 1:1 ratio give plenty of variable weight options for myself, wife and kids
