30-Day Return Policy

RitKeep offers a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your items.

 

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions, please contact our official customer service team.
  • After canceling an order, inventory will not be reserved for you. This may result in insufficient stock for your future purchases. If you wish to reorder, please contact us.
  • After submitting a cancellation request, you will receive an email with the processing result. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, please initiate a return following the steps in our Return Policy.

 

Shipping Delays

If delivery is delayed due to special circumstances, we will notify you via email.

 

Restrictions on Unconditional Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and suitable for resale. This includes:

  • The outer packaging of the product is complete;
  • The product must be in good condition, without any scratches, wear, damage, or traces of use;
  • All accessories must be complete.

If the returned product does not meet the above criteria, RitKeep reserves the right to reject the return, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: Clearance and on-sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects or damages, please contact us immediately. Send photos of the damaged item to our official customer service email. RitKeep reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. If you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos to evaluate the issue.

 

Exchanges

Please contact our official customer service team to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return details. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to buyer's change of mind, incorrect order placement, or similar reasons:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No restocking fees will be charged.

Returns due to damaged products, defects, or other seller-related issues:
Return shipping costs are borne by RitKeep.

 

Our Return Process System:

➤➤Step 1 - Send a Request

Contact RitKeep at support_eu@ritkeep.com to initiate a return. If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
  • If items are damaged or used after inspection, they cannot be returned.
  • For returns due to RitKeep’s fault, we will provide a pre-paid return label within 3 business days.

➤➤Step 2 - Ship Back Information

Fill out the returns section on the order slip or include a detailed return note within your parcel, including:

  • Your preference for a refund or exchange.
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Order number.
  • Your return address (if you need an exchange).

    Note: Orders returned without proper documentation may face delays or may not be processed at all. We recommend using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance. RitKeep does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    ➤➤Step 3 - Inspection

    • The outer packaging of the product is complete;
    • The returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales.
    • The surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function.
    • The product is equipped with accessories, and the accessories should be complete.
    Note: Once we confirm that your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item and provide the tracking information within 7 days.

    ➤➤Step 4 - Refunds

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days of receipt of the returned items.

    • Customs duties and additional fees are non-refundable.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
