Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Areas
We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. All goods are delivered in partnership with our reliable local courier companies.
Note: We do not deliver to Jersey or Guernsey. For apartments and residential buildings, delivery is available only at the main entrance on the ground floor.
Shipping Fee
- Standard Delivery: £4.95 to any UK and Northern Ireland address, regardless of the number of items ordered.
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over £250 GBP.
Note: Please verify your address before purchasing and ensure your property has appropriate access. Address changes are not allowed after shipment. If there is a logistics delay, contact our customer service team with your order number. Free delivery orders will only be dispatched if all items are in stock. If the first delivery attempt fails due to your reasons, additional actual fees may apply for re-delivery.
Shipping Time
- Regular Orders: Processed and shipped within 3-4 business days, with delivery within 4-6 business days.
- Northern Ireland Orders: Delivery time will be extended by a few business days.
Note: Delivery times are for reference only and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as severe weather or fraud checks. We will notify you in advance if such circumstances arise. Due to courier logistics reasons, multiple packages from the same order may be delivered separately. If you have not received your goods within 15 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
For damaged or missing items, we recommend:
- Keep the outer packaging and take clear photos as evidence.
- Notify the delivery driver or courier and make a note on the bill of lading immediately when signing. Without this note, we cannot file a damage claim with the shipper or return your package. If the box is damaged but the product is intact and functional, we will not replace the item.
- Then, email the photos to our customer service at support_eu@ritkeep.com within 48 hours.
RitKeep reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. If you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos to evaluate the issue.
Note: Please count the number of packages/items and ensure it matches the Bill of Lading and your packing slip. The freight company will not take back any packaging materials (e.g., pallets, wrapping, or boxes).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RitKeep includes customs and taxes in your order total.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.
Note: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
