Does the PMAX 5600 need to be bolted to the floor?

I have been using this Smith machine for a month. The motion is smooth, and the bench locks into all angles securely. Assembly took about 2.5 hours with a friend. Shipping was on time. Very satisfied

Got the combo set. Delivery guy put it in my garage. My husband and I spent a Saturday afternoon putting it together about 4 hours with two people. The cables are smooth, and the bench locks in tight. We use it daily. Great buy.
The machine itself works well. Smooth motion, stable frame. Assembly took me almost 3 hours because I had to search for a missing bolt found a spare in my garage. Contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement anyway. Good response. Would buy again.

We have had our PMAX 5600 for around 16 months now and it has been a great move for the whole family. Saving on Gym fees and being located in the Garage, frequency and consistency of workouts are at an all time high. The convenience of being at home means that if I don't have time to complete a workout before work I can finish it off when I get home. The machine itself is holding up well and showing very few signs of wear and tear. I did a great deal of research before deciding to buy the PMAX 5600. This machine is half to a third of the cost of other similar machines and as such my main concern was quality. This has proven to be a non-issue.
I didn't have high expectations at first, but it is really sturdy and perfect for use as a home gym. Delivery was fast, and although the cushion was damaged due to a shipping error, the after-sales team personally located the part in China and shipped it to me. As I mentioned earlier, this equipment has enabled a beginner like me to perform all kinds of strength training exercises. I plan to purchase weight plates and accessories. Currently, my whole family is using it. I am truly satisfied.
I was a bit concerned due to some delay in shipping however, I absolutely love it now that it’s in my home gym. It’s stable, looks great and functions as if you are in a commercial gym. No regrets!!!
